Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Linoor Materials™. We offer several convenient delivery options for your orders, facilitated through trusted third-party shipping partners.

Shipping Conditions

Due to potential variables in shipping—including manufacturing timelines, weather conditions, and product availability—we recommend scheduling installation only after receiving and inspecting your complete order. Delivery dates provided are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Linoor Materials™ is not liable for any installer or contractor costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.

Handling Charges

Unless specified as flat-rate delivery, a handling fee calculated as a percentage of the shipping rate may be applied to cover the cost of packing and preparing your order for shipment.

Lead Times and Availability

Most in-stock products will arrive within approximately 7 to 14 days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Due to the nature of our products, expedited shipping is not available. Delivery times can vary based on carrier availability and demand. Please check the status of your order online or contact us directly. Products are often available for store pickup within one business day.

Sample orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 days.

Delivery

Carriers may contact you via phone, email, or text message to arrange delivery. Orders generally arrive on a pallet measuring approximately 4’ x 4’ or larger and may be delivered in multiple shipments. All deliveries are CURBSIDE only, meaning the products will be delivered near the curbside at your address. Customers are responsible for moving products from the curbside to their desired location.

Please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order if your delivery location:

  • Is an apartment complex or high-rise
  • Is on the second floor or higher
  • Does not accommodate semi-trailer access
  • Lacks a suitable turnaround area for trucks
  • Has low power lines or trees obstructing delivery

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international locations.

Inspection and Reporting

Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt for accuracy and condition. Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery to sales@linoormaterials.com. Please note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt.

Once delivered, products must be stored in a secure and climate-controlled environment immediately. Linoor Materials™ is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage. We recommend acclimating flooring materials to the installation area prior to installation.

Return Shipments

If an order has shipped and you decide to return it, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and storage fees. These costs will be deducted from any refunds.

Do not refuse deliveries under any circumstances. Refusal of delivery, including cases of cancellation after shipment, being unavailable at delivery, or having unsafe delivery conditions, will incur additional shipping fees.

Shipment Inspection

Upon receiving your order:

  • Verify the product count matches your order receipt
  • Confirm product type, color, and quantity are correct
  • Inspect all items for damage

If products are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately.

Large or Truckload Orders

For orders exceeding 10,000 lbs., please contact us at sales@linoormaterials.com to receive a customized shipping quote.

International Shipments

Linoor Materials™ currently ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping.
