30-Day Return Policy

Linoor Materials™ is dedicated to ensuring you select the perfect flooring product for your project. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from our store or website, you may return the merchandise to Linoor Materials™ within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A valid sales receipt is required. We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges, especially if the original packaging requirements are not met.

Returns After 30 Days or Without Receipt

Returns beyond 30 days or those without an original receipt may be refunded at Linoor Materials’s discretion at the lowest recent selling price. A valid photo ID will be required, and its details will be recorded at the time of the return. All returns are subject to approval by our third-party refund verification system.

Conditions for Approved Returns

To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be:

Undamaged and in resalable condition.

  • Returned in the original, unopened packaging and in its original purchase quantity.

Refund methods:

  • Returns within 30 days with a receipt will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Returns after 30 days or without a receipt will be issued as store merchandise credit.

Original Packaging Requirements

Returned items must remain unopened and in their original packaging. Specific conditions include:

  • Individual sample pieces may be returned if clearly marked as samples on your receipt.
  • Decorative mosaics may be returned individually if unopened and intact with original cardboard backing and plastic wrap.

Installed Products

Products cannot be returned once installed. Linoor Materials™ is not responsible for defects, damages, or labor costs incurred from faulty installations. Please inspect all products thoroughly upon receipt; installation constitutes acceptance. Installed flooring is considered owned by the installer or homeowner and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Special Orders

Special orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Once shipped, customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping fees. Special order products (excluding custom-made items) may be returned to Linoor Materials™.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items, including countertops, stair parts, cabinets, and other specially ordered items, are non-refundable once ordered. Damaged or defective custom orders may be exchanged. For assistance, please contact our customer service.

Damaged Shipments

Do not refuse damaged shipments. Refused shipments will incur shipping charges. For assistance with damaged goods, please contact Linoor Materials™ Customer Care immediately.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact Linoor Materials™ Customer Care promptly for assistance.

Returns from Design Consultations

Returns of merchandise purchased through design consultations must be returned to our physical Linoor Materials™ store location.
